PairCarry
Send photos and videos between nearby iPhones and iPads in original quality. Everything goes directly between the devices, never through a server.

- How do I send?
- On the home screen, tap the other device, choose photos and videos, then tap Send. You can also select items in the Photos app, tap Share and choose PairCarry.
- How do I receive?
- Just open PairCarry to receive. Tap the receive button at the top right for Receive Mode: the screen stays awake so others find you more easily. The first time a device sends to you, you’re asked whether to accept.
- What if I can’t find the other device?
- Make sure PairCarry is open on both devices, Wi-Fi is turned on for both (no network connection needed), and PairCarry is allowed to use Local Network in Settings. Keep the devices close together with their screens on.
- Do I need internet or an account?
- No. The two devices connect directly over peer-to-peer Wi-Fi, so photos and videos never go through a server or use cellular data. Ads in the free version need an internet connection to appear; transfers work without one.
- What if a transfer is interrupted?
- When the connection comes back, the transfer resumes where it left off. If it still fails, open it in History and tap Resend to send only the items that didn’t make it.
- Is quality reduced?
- No. Photos, Live Photos and videos are sent as their original files, with the capture date and location kept.
- How do I remove ads?
- Buy PairCarry Pro once in Settings > PairCarry Pro to remove ads for good and unlock color themes, app icons, a custom avatar and album sorting. On a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases on the same page.
- Can I try the themes first?
- Yes. On the PairCarry Pro page, tap “Watch an Ad to Try Free for 24 Hours”. After one ad video, your color theme applies to the whole app for 24 hours.
- Can received photos go into an album automatically?
- Yes, with PairCarry Pro. In Settings > Save Received Photos To, choose the PairCarry album, one album per sender, or one of your own albums. Items are always saved to your library first. This needs full access to Photos.
